Asset Tracking Services

On Site Support and Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) Services

KST Data offers optional day-to-day onsite technical services to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex issues. We also offer Move / Add/ Change services throughout the term of an agency's Supplemental Agreement.

Remote Support Services

Agencies can utilize our telephone support and remote management support from our centralized call center to assist in the resolution of problems.

Standard and Ad Hoc Reporting and Documentation

KST Data provides the agencies the ability to receive and/or self-generate a variety of automated and ad hoc reports including Help Desk statistics, asset management, and SLA performance.

Break/Fix/Maintenance Services

Our certified technical staff provides effective Break/Fix services to troubleshoot, maintain and resolve IT issues reported by the agency.

Unwind/End of Engagement Services

We provide de-installation and packing services for all IT equipment including optional data wipes and hard drive removal or destruction.

Technology Services are provided by KST Data to securely manage IT equipment

Network Management Services

We offer Network monitoring, troubleshooting, bottleneck elimination and provisioning services for network environments.

Software Services

KST Data provides software services including configuration management, image creation, imaging implementation, software and security patching, which are customizable to meet the needs of an agency.

Security Services

KST Data provides security management services that include password protection, firewalls, data protection and equipment that is shipped in a default secure configuration with a keep-a-hard drive configuration.

Warranty and Return Policies

Warranty Policy: Hardware and software warranties are defined and governed by the individual original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and/or software licensors (Licensors). KST Data warrants that KST Data will perform Services in a professional manner and in accordance with the description in the applicable SOW.

Return Policy: All returns shall be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable OEM and/or Licensor, including, but not limited to, approval/rejection of returns; cancellation/restocking fees; packaging/shipping requirements, etc.
